Warranty
This pre-owned phone includes a 6-month warranty covering technical malfunctions. Accidental damage, loss and theft are excluded. Do not remove the LP or QC sticker on the bottom of the phone; removal voids the warranty.
Warranty exclusions also include a phone locked by a passcode or iCloud, damage caused by use of a non-compliant charger, and traces of oxidation.

Any opening or attempted opening or repair of the telephone by yourself, a third party or any other repairer outside our services will invalidate the warranty. If this sticker is missing or damaged, the product will not be covered by the warranty.
If we discover during the analysis that the phone is broken, oxidized, has already been opened, etc., and does not comply with the warranty conditions, we will not be able to accept the phone under warranty. The IMEI number will be systematically checked during the intervention. Return postage will be charged to the customer. Before sending back your phone, please check that all data has been deleted.
