Warranty:

The buyer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt to return, at their own expense and risk, the ordered products for exchange or refund.

No LCD screen, glass, or touch glass will be taken back or exchanged if one of the original protective films has been removed (“condition imposed by the manufacturers”).

Any incomplete, damaged, or otherwise impaired product will be neither taken back nor exchanged. (Flex cables, components, accessories, screens, batteries).
If you do not comply with these conditions, you voluntarily waive your warranty rights.

No claim may then be taken into consideration.

    All other components are covered by a 30-day warranty against hidden defects and non-conformity.

    Screen warranty limitations: No warranty will be honored if your screen has any of the following problems (non-exhaustive list): 

    • Cracks 
    • Break
    • Burning, Overheating
    • Black spot
    • Screen won't turn on 
    • Lost or missing components
    • Oxidation
