Your after-sales service in just a few clicks: instructions for use
Follow these simple instructions to make your returns through your LCD-Phone account:
- Click on the "ORDERS" tab.
- Select "DETAILS" to view detailed information.
- Click on the "REQUEST A RETURN" button.
- A return request form will be displayed. Please fill in all the necessary fields
- Click on the "SUBMIT" button to finalize your return request.

- Click on "Return Management".
- Click on the "View" icon in the "Actions" section.
- In the "Return Status" section, you can view the status of your order, which will be updated regularly.
- If you wish to provide additional information, you can contact our after-sales service team.
NB: We inform you that for any request to return merchandise, it is necessary to wait for confirmation from the after-sales service, in order to obtain the pdf to print and add to the package containing an RMA number (Authorized Return of Merchandise) allowing you to identify yourself and obtain rapid processing of your package.
